How To Win Money In Texas Hold’em Poker Freerolls

Freerolls can be good practice, and even better practice when they provide you with
real money to play with. So how can, or can a person win money playing in freerolls?
Really? I mean everyone has heard you get what you pay for, and nothing in life is
free. That usually is the case, but luckily, for those of us who enjoy poker, freerolls
are an exception to the rule.

First I should probably explain what a freeroll is. A freeroll is a tournament that
costs nothing to play in, but pays out real money to the winners. They are usually
no-limit texas hold’em. There are also omaha, seven card, five card, and some razz
as well. I have found about 90% are no-limit texas hold’em.

Now freerolls vary in a few ways. Namely:
1. Prize Pool - The total amount of money that will be paid out to the winners.

2. Maximum Number of Entrants - The maximum number of people that can
register for the tournament.

3. Positions Paid - This is how many people will win prize money. (Top 40 positions
paid means if you finish 40th or better you win money.)

4. Game Type - This is the type of poker that will be being played in the
tournament. (e.g. No-Limit Hold’em, Omaha Hi-Low etc……

Now here is the key to finishing in the money. First you need to familiarize
yourself with some of the different strategies and statistics of texas hold’em. You
may understand poker and have played 5 card draw and 7 card stud before and
figure you know enough to play. Your wrong. Learning what you need to know
doesn’t mean you have to read a bunch of books over the course of some months,
but you do need to spend some time learning some basic concepts. The example I
use to illustrate my point to people who say they don’t need to know statistics to
play is this. Say your hole cards are 2 clubs, and you get 2 more clubs on the flop.
Don’t you think it would be a good thing to know how likely you are to get another
club on one of the next 2 cards? I don’t mean you have to understand complex
mathematical concepts, but rather real world situations like drawing for the fifth
flush card, open-ended straight draws, or pocket pairs drawing for trips.

After having a good understanding of hold’em comes the most important part.
Selecting a good freeroll. So what is a good freeroll versus a bad freeroll? In one
word. Probability. How likely are you to finish in the money? By taking the number of
people in the tournament and dividing that by the number of positions paid you get
the ratio of entrants to winners. For example you have three freerolls that you are
thinking of entering, but your not sure which one would be best. Here are your
choices:
a. Prize pool is $500. Maximum number of entrants is 2600. Positions paid are 70.
b. Prize pool is $250. Maximum number of entrants is 1500. Positions paid are 40.
c. Prize pool is $100. Maximum number of entrants is 150. Positions paid are 10.

So in which one would you have the best chance of winning? You may think well
example a. has $500 and pays 70 which sounds pretty good. Here is how it breaks
down. Assuming that the tournaments do fill up to the maximum. Actually example
a. and example b. are almost the exact same. Example a. is 1 in 37. example b. is 1
in 37.5. Ah but now we get to example c. which you will find is by far the best at 1
in 15.

This is the key. By choosing good freerolls with a high probability of finishing in
the money, and understand some of the fundamentals of hold’em you will have a
very good chance of placing in the money. Now in these freerolls you won’t win
enough to retire on, but you will win money. Then by playing with that money you
can practice in real money games with real money players, and without risking any
of your own money. This is the best type practice of course, and is really the point
of playing the freerolls.

A Guide To Performance Management

Nowadays, great significance is being given to Performance Management, as companies incorporate them in their effective management strategies. However, a lot of people find this process a complicated one, mostly because of the many options that it offers - on the organization, a specific department/branch, a product or service, and employees, among others.

In order to minimize this confusion, the items below will give you a general idea of what Performance Management is all about as well as the activities that are involved in this process.

What is Performance Management?

Performance management is a process that provides both the manager and the employee (the person being supervised) the chance to determine the shared goals that relates to the overall goals of the company by looking into employee performance.

Why is it important?

Performance Management establishes an outline for employees and their performance managers to assess and to come to an agreement on certain concerns and aims that are in accordance with the overall structure of the company. This enables both parties to have clear objectives that would help them in their work and their professional growth.

Who conducts Performance Management?

Performance Management is carried out by those who oversee the performance of other people - work/team leaders, supervisors, managers, directors, or department chairs.

What are the processes involved?

Below are the phases of the Performance Management process:

1. Planning

This phase of Performance Management process includes establishing job descriptions and identifying the employee’s essential functions as well as defining the strategic plan/s of the department or the company as a whole.

Job Description

A job description is used to advertise a vacant position, which typically specifies the following:

The specific functions, tasks, and responsibilities of the position

The amount of time needed to act upon each function

The qualifications needed (skills, knowledge and abilities) to perform the job

The physical and mental requirements of the position

Salary range for the position

To whom the position reports

Job descriptions should be disclosed to the employee as soon as he or she is hired. Note, however, that job descriptions are listed using words that make it difficult to measure the employee’s performance. They are in contrast with competencies, which list the skills needed in performing such tasks and are described using terms that can be measured.

Strategic Plan

In effect, a strategic plan tells you three things:

Where the company is heading in the coming year/s.

How the company is going to get there.

How the company will know if it is already there or not.

Included in a strategic plan are the following:

Mission statement - the primary reason why your department (or company) exists.

Goals - associated with the mission statement, they determine the results that will advance said statement/s.

Strategic initiatives - specifies definite steps that must be taken to accomplish each goal. It is a dynamic process, usually examined during periods such as one or two years.

2. Developing

This phase of Performance Management process includes developing performance standards, which offers a scale that describes how a specific job should be performed in order to meet (or exceed) expectations. They are explained to newly hired employees and are later used to evaluate work performance.

Performance standards are generally outlined with the help of the employees who actually perform the tasks or functions. There are a number of advantages with this approach:

The standards will be suitable to the requirements of the job

The standards will be applicable to actual work conditions

The standards will be easily understood by the employee (and performance manager as well)

The standards will be acknowledged (and received) by the employee and the performance manager

Standards of performance are usually in the form of ratings (1 to 5, A to E) that are used by performance managers to rate the employee’s actual level of performance.

3. Monitoring

This phase of the Performance Management process includes monitoring employee’s work performances and giving feedback about them.

As the basis of feedback, observations should be verifiable: they should involve noticeable and work-related facts, events, behaviors, actions, statements, and results. Feedback of this type is called behavioral feedback, and they help employees improve and/or sustain good performance by precisely identifying the areas that the employee needs to improve without judging his or her character or motives.

4. Rating

This phase includes conducting performance evaluations. This is the critical aspect of the Performance Management process, especially because it is important for performance managers to arrive at an unbiased assessment.

A performance appraisal form has the following features:

Employee information

Performance standards

Rating scale

Signatures

Employee performance development recommendations

Employee comments

Employee’s Self-appraisal

Why conduct performance appraisals? It provides an opportunity to improve performance in the future not only for employees, but for managers as well. Performance appraisals enable managers to acquire information from employees that will help them make employee’s jobs more productive.

5. Development Planning

This phase of Performance Management process includes establishing plans for improved employee performance and development goals. This advances the overall goal of the company and at the same time increases the quality of work by employees by:

Encouraging constant learning and professional growth.
Helping employees maintain the level of performance that meets (and exceeds) expectations.

Improving job - or career-related skills and experience.

In closing, Performance Management is a process that, when executed fairly and effectively, can improve the quality of the company’s workforce, raise standards, increase job satisfaction, and develop professionalism and expertise that would benefit not only the employees but the entire organization as well.

City guide to Aberdeen, including Aberdeen hotels

Introduction

Aberdeen (The Granite City) is Scotland’s third largest city.
Aberdeen is the chief commercial centre and seaport in the
north-east of Scotland. It boasts the title of Oil Capital of
Europe thanks to the plentiful supply of crude oil in the North
Sea, and stands on a bay of the North Sea, between the mouths of
the rivers Don and Dee.

History

Aberdeen grew up as two separate burghs - Old Aberdeen at the
mouth of the Don and New Aberdeen, a fishing and trading
settlement where the Denburn entered the Dee estuary. The
earliest charter was granted by King William the Lion about
1179, confirming the corporate rights granted by David I. The
city received other royal charters later. In 1319, the Great
Charter of Robert the Bruce transformed Aberdeen into a property
owning and financially independent community. The city was
burned by Edward III of England in 1336, but was soon rebuilt
and extended, and called New Aberdeen. For many centuries the
city was subject to attacks by the neighbouring lords, and was
strongly fortified, but the gates were all removed by 1770. In
the 18th century a new Town Hall was built, elegantly furnished
with a marble fireplace from Holland and a set of fine crystal
chandeliers and sconces. The 19th century was a time of
considerable expansion. By 1901 the population was 153,000 and
the city covered more than 6,000 acres (24 km). In the late
18th century, the council embarked on a scheme of road
improvements, and by 1805 George Street, King Street and Union
Street were open, the latter a feat of extraordinary engineering
skill involving the partial levelling of St Catherine’s Hill and
the building of arches to carry the street over Putachieside.
The increasing economic importance of Aberdeen and the
development of the shipbuilding and fishing industries brought a
need for improved harbour facilities. During this century much
of the harbour as it exists today was built including Victoria
Dock, the South Breakwater and the extension to the North Pier.

Places of interest

The main places of interest for the tourists in Aberdeen are the
museums, art galleries and the Scotland’s castle trails. Here is
a list of interesting places in Aberdeen:

Aberdeen Art Gallery Aberdeen Maritime Museum Castle Fraser
Craigievar Castle Crathes Castle & Gardens Dunnottar Castle
Fyvie Castle Provost Skene House

Museums and Art Galleries

The city is blessed with amenities which cover a wide range of
cultural activities and boasts a selection of museums. The
Aberdeen Art Gallery houses a collection of Impressionist,
Victorian, Scottish and 20th Century British paintings as well
as collections of silver and glass. It also includes The
Alexander Macdonald Bequest, a collection of late 19th century
works donated by the museum’s first benefactor and a constantly
changing collection of contemporary work and regular visiting
exhibitions. Some of the other Aberdeen’s museums and art
galleries are:

Aberdeen Art Gallery Aberdeen Maritime Museum Provost Ross’
House The Gordon Highlanders Museum Marischal Museum James Dun’s
House Museum of Education Victorian Classroom Tolbooth Museum
Aberdeen Arts Centre His Majesty’s Theatre 1906 (presently
-2005- under renovation) is a fine granite theatre which
provides a home for popular entertainments.

Shopping

The main shopping districts center on specialty shops on Chapel
and Thistle streets and the well-known chains on George and
Union streets. Of interest to collectors, Colin Wood, stocks
furniture, wall clocks, and grandfather clocks from the 17th to
the early 20th centuries. Someone may also want to browse
through the eclectic mix of bric-a-brac antiques at Elizabeth
Watts Studio, where items include glass, brass, antique jewelry,
china, silver, and a few small furniture pieces. For one-stop
gift shopping, drop in at Nova, which stocks china, silver
jewelry, rugs, clothing, toys, cards, and gift paper.

Other interesting shops are Grandad’s Attic, which specializes
in Art Deco ceramics and antique pine furniture; Just Scottish,
retailers of quality items — all made in Scotland, including
ceramics, knitwear, textiles, silver, and jewelry; and Alex
Scott & Co. the town’s finest kiltmakers.

Food and Drinks

Although Aberdeen is a well renowned city, it does not have many
restaurants in offer. Mainly all the restaurants and bars offer
continental or British/Irish/Scottish cuisine. Some of the
famous places for wine and dine are:

Elrond’s Cafe Bar Ferryhill House Howies Aberdeen Martha’s
Vineyard Bistro/The Courtyard Restaurant Silver Darling

Education

The first of Aberdeen’s two universities, the University of
Aberdeen, was founded in 1495 by William Elphinstone, Bishop of
Aberdeen and Chancellor of Scotland. The University of Aberdeen
is Scotland’s third oldest, and the UK’s fifth oldest University.

Robert Gordon’s College (originally Robert Gordon’s Hospital)
was founded in and in the 1990s became co-educational and a
day-only school. It also produced the Robert Gordon Institute of
Technology, which became The Robert Gordon University in 1992.

Gray’s School of Art, founded in 1886, is one of the oldest
established colleges of art in the UK. Aberdeen College has
several campuses in Aberdeen and offers a wide variety of
part-time and full-time courses leading to several different
qualifications. Northern College was a teacher training college
with campuses in Aberdeen and Dundee. In 2000, the Aberdeen
campus of Northern College became the University of Aberdeen
School of Education. Aberdeen Grammar School, (now
comprehensive, despite its name) founded in 1263 and one of the
oldest schools in Britain.

Sports

Aberdeen Football Club was founded in 1903. Its major success
was winning the European Cup Winners Cup in 1983 and three
League Championships between 1980 and 1986. The club’s stadium
is Pittodrie which holds the distinction of being Britain’s
first all-seater stadium. Aberdeen F.C. holds the distinction of
being the last team to have won the Scottish Premier League
Championship outside the Old Firm and is the only Scottish team
to have won two European trophies adding to their European Cup
Winners Cup success by winning the European Super Cup also in
1983. Well known footballers who have played for the club
include Gordon Strachan (Current Celtic manager), Alex McLeish
(Current Rangers manager) and club legend Willie Miller. Denis
Law, the joint top scorer for the Scotland national team was
also born in the city, but spent his professional career playing
for English and Italian clubs.

Aberdeen Golf Club was founded in 1815. It has two 18-hole
courses at Balgownie, north of the River Don. There are other
golf courses at Auchmill, Balnagask, Hazlehead and King’s Links.

Tours and Sightseeing

The Aberdeen Tourist Information Centre, where the staff can
usually find just the right way to visit Aberdeen. Some other
organized tours and travel agencies are there in the city. These
tours are organized by the operators and vary from its contents,
theme and price. The tours mainly feature the museums, art
galleries, Scottish Castles etc.

Hotels and Accommodations

Because of increasing numbers of tourists and business travelers
to the Granite City — Europe’s offshore oil capital and less
number of hotels compare with tourists — hotels are likely to
be heavily booked any time of year. So reservation in advance is
a must before stepping to the city. Some of the Hotels in
Aberdeen (ranging from Affordable to Luxury) are listed below:

Antrim Guest House Station Hotel Royal Hotel Express by Holiday
Inn Aberdeen Thistle Aberdeen Caledonian Copthorne Hotel
Aberdeen The Edwardian Hotel Bimini Guest House The Spires
Serviced Suites Thistle Aberdeen Altens Summerhill Hotel and
Suites Macdonald Ardoe House Hotel Britannia Hotel Aberdeen
Waterwheel Inn Dyce Skean Dhu

Transport

There are four main roads serving the city: A90, A96, A93, A92,
A90 now used as a tourist route.

The city’s original ring road, Anderson Drive, which was built
in the 1930s has long since been engulfed by the expansion of
the city, and is inadequate for dealing with today’s traffic. To
this end, a new main bypass road, the Western Peripheral Route,
is planned to divert through traffic away from the city centre.
The road is due to open in 2010.

The city is well served by the national railway network.
Aberdeen has regular rail services to Glasgow and Edinburgh as
well as long distance trains to London via Edinburgh. It is
possible to take the longest scheduled rail journey in the whole
of the UK from Aberdeen. Regular trains also run north westerly
towards Inverness and north to Dyce for the airport.

Aberdeen also has an airport in the neighbouring town of Dyce,
which is operated by BAA plc. As well as connecting the city to
the rest of the UK, Aberdeen Airport (sometimes refererred to as
Dyce Airport) is the largest helicopter terminal in the world,
serving the many North Sea oil installations. The IATA airport
code for the airport is ABZ.

Protect Yourself - Ten Top Tips to Help You to Avoid Golfing Injuries

Golf players are less susceptible to injuries than most other sports participants are, but there is still the chance that you can end up with a painful or even serious injury if you don’t know what to look out for.

The most common injuries that golfers incur are to the head, elbows, wrists, shoulders, lower back, and the eyes.

Here are the Top X Tips for reducing your chances of getting a golf-related injury.

1. Warm up and Cool Down

Take the time to do some light stretching exercises before you head out to play. Your muscles appreciate the advance notice of impending activity and they respond by being less likely to tear or cramp up when the going gets tough.

Likewise, give your body a chance to dissipate the built up heat that playing golf generates. Take a short walk after the game before you climb into your car.

2. Wear the proper clothing

Not only do most courses require regulation golf shoes, but they’re safer for you as well. Make sure that they fit properly to avoid blisters or twisted ankles.

Wear a hat to keep from suffering sunstroke, sunburn, or heat exhaustion. Sun glasses will protect you from eye strain.

3. Drink plenty of non-alcoholic liquids during the game.

Stay away from soft drinks as well. Your body loses a lot of moisture during a round of golf. Drink water or sports-formulated beverages to avoid dehydration.

4. Leave the course immediately if a storm threatens.

Lightning will strike the tallest object and, on the rolling hills of the golf course, that tallest object could be you. Remember, thunder does not have to be present in order for lightning to be a threat. Lightning can strike from storms that are still several miles away.

5. Stay alert for critters

Depending upon where you live, your favorite 18 holes could also be home to venomous snakes and spiders, scorpions, alligators, bears, coyotes, fire ants, and other creatures who’d rather bite now and ask questions later.

6. Play nice

While you’re busy protecting yourself from injury, don’t forget to look out for the other players as well. Never throw your clubs, and be sure to yell ‘fore’ before taking a shot.

7. Watch your back

Make sure that your club bag is positioned properly to avoid injuring your shoulders or back. Be especially careful when picking the bag up and setting it down.

8. Bend from the knees

Knees are much better at bending than waists are, so always bend your knees when picking up your ball.

9. Watch your heart

Heart attacks strike without warning. Take your time and don’t over exert yourself. If you feel a tightness in the chest, which may or may not be accompanied by shortness of breath and pain down the left arm, get medical help immediately.

10. File a “golf plan”

Just like pilots and mariners file flight and float plans, always let someone know where you will be playing and what time you are expected home. That way, if something does happen to you, somebody will know that you’re missing. Carry a cell phone with you and make sure that it’s fully charged.

You Can Laugh At Marriage Worries If You Follow This Simple 3-Step Plan

Any successful businessman, entrepreneur, or college graduate will tell you they were successful because they had a goal and a plan. If your goal is to protect your marriage from the worries that many couples face, then you need a plan for success. Here is a 3-step plan to help.

Step #1 - Open Communication

The best offense in warding off the intrusion of an affair is to have a rewarding, satisfying marriage that meets the needs of both partners. As you discuss ways to keep your marriage strong, you will garner strength to prevent an affair from happening. Thus, open communication is critical in your marriage.

It is also important to commit to letting each other know if you are feeling vulnerable or if a situation has the potential of turning in a direction that may get out of control.

Common situations that could create temptations are business trips, business parties or at work in general. It’s important to discuss as a partnership what boundaries should be set to avoid undue exposure to temptation.

Step #2 - Resolving Money Matters

Statistics show that 43% of all married couples argue over money issues. This data speaks loudly of the major reason most couples fight. I

If one is frugal and the other spends money like it’s going out of style, it can’t help but create problems in your marriage. Therefore, the earlier you and your spouse talk about spending habits the better.

It’s important to establish spending expectations, set goals and decide on a short and long term financial plan for your family.

Step #3 - Take Time For Intimacy

Even though you both have busy schedules and you may not feel like you have enough time to get the basics done each day, take time to be intimate.

Sex is a basic human need that has to take priority over other things. As you set this as a priority, the other things in your life will fall into place as your marriage is strengthened.

Some of the most successful people know the importance of having balance in their lives. They are the ones that set aside time for their family, recreational activities and work.

By keeping a balance, you are able to side step marriage worries and be more effective in every aspect of your life.

As you include these steps in your marriage plan, you will find that most of the problems other marriages face are not even a concern to you and your spouse.

Common Skin Conditions: Dermatitis and Moles

Two of the most common skin conditions are the presence of moles and dermatitis. Moles can have more serious consequences than the irritation of dermatitis.

Moles occur when the cells in the skin that give it its pigment, called melanocytes, grow in clusters. These cells normally grow throughout the skin, but when too many grow in the same place a mole occurs. Most moles appear before the age of 25, but some may appear much later. Moles can remain static or change over time. Although most are not dangerous, some can be malignant and lead to melanoma. Any mole that oozes or becomes painful or sensitive should be checked out by a dermatologist. Moles that suddenly appear after the age of 25 or begin to change or grow should also be evaluated.

When evaluating your moles, keep the following in mind. Moles should be round. If your moles are asymmetrical, or irregular in shape, have it evaluated. If you find a mole that is larger than “, mention it to your doctor or dermatologist. If you find that your mole has an irregular or jagged edge, or is not all one color, have your doctor look at it. Finally, any mole that is red or blue may be cause for concern.

Treating moles is not difficult. If a mole is embarrassing, or becomes irritated under your clothing, you may ask your doctor to remove it. Moles can be frozen with a chemical, after which they dry up and fall off. Other moles can be simply cut off of the skin. Often, doctors will remove entire moles that seem suspicious and test the tissue for cancer. If any malignancy is found, they may cut out a slightly larger area of skin and then suture the site closed.

Check your skin regularly for changes in your moles. If any seem suspicious, or any changes have occurred, let your doctor know. Preventing a problem is as easy as going on “mole patrol.”

Wholesale Candles: How To Find The Best Wholesale Candle Deals For EBay

Wholesale candles offers resellers high profit margins along with high volume sales, when done right.

Resellers, whether flea market vendors, eBay sellers, or dollar stores, will be faced with competition from online and offline retailers who can buy wholesale candles at a lower price.

To outmaneuver this competition in the wholesale candles business, resellers need to have a strategic plan in place.

Part one of their plan deals with finding the best sources for wholesale candles at the lowest possible prices.

For this reason I would recommend resellers to stay away from drop shippers when looking for wholesale candles.

Since the drop shipper is set up to offer his products to thousands of other resellers, you will not be able to compete based on price. All the resellers are paying the same price to the wholesale candles drop shipper, so how can your prices be lower?

When looking to buy wholesale candles you want to get as close to the source as possible.

Since you will not be able to buy brand name wholesale candles for a lower price than major retailers can, you will want to look for lesser known wholesale candles sellers.

For instance, ABC Candles might not have the name recognition that Candle Wax enjoys, but you can show customers that the quality is the same, and as long as your prices are lower some customers should buy the wholesale candles manufactured by ABC Candles.

When you contact these companies looking for wholesale candles ask them for their overstock, overrun, and closeout deals. You would be surprised at the wholesale candles deals you can find from small manufacturers that are looking to move merchandise out.

You can find great wholesale candles deals but it will take some solid leg work.

Strong Muscles for Stronger Bones

Exercising to strengthen muscles strengthens the bones on which these same muscles attach.

Bones in the arm that holds the racquet of a professional tennis player are much larger and stronger than the bones in the other arm. The arm bones are bigger, denser and stronger in athletes who whose activities involve upper body strength, such as rugby, rock climbing, kayaking, and weight lifting, while runners were observed to have the lowest arm bone mineral density, even lower than that of the controls.

In one study, leg bone mineral density was highest in rugby players, whose activities included both running and strength training, but when bone density was corrected for body fat, runners had the strongest leg bones. So training is specific. When you strengthen your muscles, you also strengthen the bones on which muscles attach.

Several studies show that people with strong muscles also have stronger bones. All women will get osteoporosis if they live long enough. If you break a hip from osteoporosis, you have a 20 percent chance of dying from complications within a year. A study from Johns Hopkins shows that heart and lung fitness is not associated with stronger bones, but muscle strength and belly fatness are. The second study from Turkey shows that grip pressure is associated with strong bones.

Just exercising will not strengthen bones. Female marathon runners who stop menstruating because they do not eat enough food to meet their calorie requirements, develop osteoporosis even when they run more than 100 miles per week. A muscle can only be as strong as the bones on which it attaches. These studies show that people who store fat primarily in their bellies also tend to grow large muscles and have strong bones. High blood levels of insulin make a person store fat primarily in the belly, and call out insulin-like growth factor which cause muscles to grow.

Vitamin D A Powerhouse in the Fight Against Cancer

Reducing the risk of various types of cancer by taking Vitamin D has been under the microscope a lot lately. It’s actually been a hot topic for researchers for many years. Recent studies show a positive link. Studies published by the University of California in 2005, with a review in 2006, indicated that a daily oral intake of 1000 IU Vitamin D can reduce the risk (by up to 50%) of several types of cancer, including:

  • colon
  • breast
  • ovarian

In the fall of 2006, in a study led by researchers at Northwestern and Harvard Universities, consumption of Vitamin D tablets was found to cut the risk of pancreatic cancer nearly in half. In fact, just by taking the recommended daily allowance of 400 IU the risk was reduced by 43%. Noting that areas with greater sunlight exposure have lower incidence of prostate, breast and colon cancers led them to investigate Vitamin D’s potential for fighting the risk of pancreatic cancer.

The published study also advised that further research would be necessary to determine if ingesting Vitamin D from dietary sources, like eggs, liver, fatty fish or fortified dairy products, or through sun exposure might be preferable to multivitamin supplements.

Vitamin D is normally manufactured in the body, through exposure to sunlight, however, with time in the sun limited by most people, for a variety of reasons ranging from longer workdays, shorter days of sunlight, and concerns about skin cancer caused by sun exposure, it’s become quite difficult for most people to get the amount of sunshine they need for their bodies to manufacture the amount of Vitamin D that is required by the body to reduce the risk of various other types of cancer. And although vitamin supplements are a current option, there is another source.

While there are not many foods that contain a significant amount of Vitamin D (enough to meet the daily requirement) there are a few foods that are an excellent, high source. So, if you’d prefer to go natural to get your Vitamin D, you can look to the following to get your daily allowance:

Clover Leaf Wild Salmon is one of the best sources you’ll find of Vitamin D and it comes in a variety of sizes, even a snack size premixed with light dressing. Getting enough Vitamin D in your daily diet to reduce your risk of cancer just got a lot easier.

Zombies

ZOMBIES: - The Caribbean is the site of another thing which
some would call a mystery. Until a few years ago I would have
been inclined to put it in the paranormal control of soul
category and I still believe that is part of it. However, we
have scientifically identified the use of sea urchin extract as
the agent which allows apparent death and subsequent use of a
body by means as yet mysterious to scientists who negate the
possibility of ESP type brain connection or possessions. Some
would say that hypnosis might have something to do with it, but
the witnesses and researchers think that is not the case; which
does not mean it isn’t involved because there are similarities
between possession and hypnosis. They act on different bodies
however. The connection between the mind or brain and the
physical body is part of the act of soul related possession.
There are body related possessions as well. Clearly the stupor
state caused by the drug does affect both bodies and it may
impact the spirit as well. As we proceed some of the issues will
be dealt with but I cannot give a full explanation of what is
involved, other than ritual magic and drug use. Having had
possessions and ritual magic practiced upon me, I can honestly
say I am certain it is able to affect such things on people who
are suggestible and thus a person in a stupor has few (if any)
